HealthGate ( http://www.healthgate.com ), a leading provider of
Internet-based personal health and medical information, will serve as
Snap.com's primary anchor tenant within seven major co-branded resource
centers within the Snap.com Health Channel, with topics varying from
diseases and conditions to men's health and medications.

Additionally, XOOM.com and HealthGate will offer co-branded direct
e-commerce offers to HealthGate members, or those online users who sign
up specifically for HealthGate content on Snap.com's Health Channel.

As part of the three-year agreements, HeathGate will be featured in
select Snap.com on-air advertisements designed to promote the
Snap/HealthGate co-branded areas on Snap.com.

"These agreements with Snap.com and XOOM.com will help grow
HealthGate's awareness among both Internet users and TV viewers,
alike," said Bill Reece, Chief Executive Officer and President of
HealthGate Data Corp. "Snap.com's connection with NBC has helped the
portal to grow significantly in a short amount of time and is an
excellent place to showcase HealthGate's top-notch content and
services."

"This $75 million deal demonstrates the value Snap.com and XOOM.com can
bring to Internet companies looking to match quality content and
services with a mass audience both on-air and online," said NBCi
President and COO-Designate, Edmond Sanctis, current Chief Operating
Officer of Snap.com. "HealthGate's top-quality content will expand and
enhance the breadth and depth of information currently offered on
Snap.com, furthering Snap.com's commitment to bring our users and
members the best of the Internet."

"The type of user drawn to HealthGate's sophisticated content is a
perfect consumer match for XOOM.com's highly-targeted direct e-commerce
offers. XOOM.com is pleased to be working with such forward-looking
partners as Snap.com and HealthGate," said NBCi Chief Executive
Officer-designate, Chris Kitze, current Chairman of XOOM.com.

The Snap.com Internet portal is slated to be merged with several of
NBC's Internet assets and XOOM.com, Inc., one of the fastest growing
community-based sites on the Web and a leading direct e-commerce
services company, to form NBCi, which will use Snap.com as its umbrella
consumer brand, integrating portal, community and e-commerce services.
NBCi will be one of the first publicly traded Internet companies
