I think this has to do more so with surveillnace, i.e., an aerial stakeout.Where they messed up, and if I read it correctly, no government agency can buy, own, or use any type of drone. What about the police having a dozen pocket sized drones (the military has some the size of a bird) to let loose while trying to track down an escaped killer than only one helicopter? Which do you think would be cheaper? Which is more likely to go unnoticed by the criminal?Too stupid by half.JLC
