Funny that there is form that anyone on SS can have taxes taken out of the
monthly checks, but IRS has not figured out a way to do it. SS agency yes it is
here. Now, dont we have to pay income tax on all of our ss?]]

This has NOTHING to do with the taxability of your SS benefits. All it does is allow you to have federal taxes withheld from your SS benefit payments. But those withholdings may or may NOT be enough to cover the taxes due on your SS benefits.

Don't get lulled into sleep thinking that simply asking for withholding on your SS benefits will absolve you of any additional tax liability. It doesn't work that way. It's just an additional source of withholding. That's all.
