E*Trade also has bond listings and they consistently offer 40 to 50 basis points better yield to maturity than Waterhouse.

Unfortunately (for bond trading) my Rollover IRA is with Waterhouse so I can't take advantage of the E*Trade prices except to use them as leverage with the Waterhouse Bond Desk. I don't mind posting the above information though in the hopes that Waterhouse will tire of the negative publicity and raise their YTM quotes.
