Dow and Dupont both have made a nice recovery from the bottom last March. Dow is almost tripled from its low.

But can it go up from here? Yes, to set new highs there is lots of space for additional recovery, but there is a lull in the action until buyers are convinced the earnings are still recovering now.

Eventually, sure, but now? Uncertain!!
