SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs


Prices were 1 cent higher on mediums and 2 cents higher on smalls to
producer and on other quotes unchanged. The trade sentiment was mostly
steady. Cartoned shell egg demand was light to moderate, better into
planned features. Loose shell egg demand was light. Supplies were adequate
to instances fully adequate. Central states breaking stock mostly prices
were unchanged to higher with checks and undergrades higher. Demand was
light to good, mostly moderate. Offerings were barely adequate to tight.
Processing schedules were mixed. The trade sentiment was fully steady to
firm.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
