1. Look around the net for instructions on uninstalling that Power Speed thing. Also look for perhaps just deleting it from your HD (and deleting any desktop icons as well) when you locate where its "exe" or the like is sitting.

2. Also, if it is malware, try running Malwarebytes and Superantispyware in Safe Mode.

3. Look up "combofix" and if you feel comfortable after reading about it, try running it if Malwarebytes and Superantispyware don't fix your issues.

4. You did not say if you tried rebooting your modem, router or computer. The old simple cures still sometimes are the easiest.
