Based on the top ten, hot and cold 1-star and 5-star stock lists under CAPS as of Feb. 12, 2008, it looks like 1-star stocks have been outperforming 5-star stocks over the last month, handily. This seems contrary to what the now popularized, 1-year CAPS performance graph suggests, which seems like consistent, ordered performance from 1-5 stars. What gives? Is CAPS revealing a flaw, or will this correct itself?
