Is there any rule that says that the 1099-DIV or 1099-INT is not required if the amount to be reported is less than $10?I've a couple of accounts where the dividend and/or interest is less than $10 and I have not received a 1099.Do I have to report these on my returns even though I don't have the 1099?Thanks
