Good afternoon again everyone,

My daughter did not receive a 1099-DIV. Her stock dividends total less than $10. I know they are still to be reported as income, but are they 'Ordinary' or 'Qualified' Dividends as per TaxAct interview questions. The referred TaxAct explanation is not very helpful.

I am just not having a good experience with TaxAct this year. Any other satisfied recommendations of competitive tax programs are most welcome also.
