195, down 3 pounds on the week and 3 pounds on the year. This is an exceptionally good week for me, and a new low. I have not seen this weight since 1996.I don't expect next week to be this good, as I have a social eating commitment next Tuesday. It will be interesting to see how well I handle it, and how much effort it is for me to handle it. If I do as well in a social eating situation as I've done in boredom eating situations lately, I may actually lose a pound next week; but I will be content just to break even.Patzer
