Well, looks like another restaurant chain is getting taken private. The Dave and Buster namesakes of D&B, along with other partners, will be buying back the shares at $12 a pop.

I'm hard-pressed to find another industry in which the companies are often taken private by either founders or top management (like Rock Bottom Brewery & Bertucci's). Guess they must know something that Wall Street doesn't.
