In any event, you are ignoring my Texas scenario.

As I recall, you are in AZ. now, but do not recall if that was where you attended high school. What state are you referencing? In addition, I do not know about you, but much of what was considered "common knowledge" among high-schoolers when I was one (logn ago) was not accurate information.
