@1poorguy,Using one of those is my fallback, my preference however is to keep it clean at the wall so cables aren't hanging out all over. Last night I almost ran to the depot to get one...No possibility for changing the location of the TV. The boss has spoken and spoken hath the boss! The only way to make a change would be to blow up the house at this point... too much sweat equity in it.I've had a TV over the fireplace before and never once had a problem. My dad has his Pioneer Plasma over his as well and never had an issue.I also don't have an attic, this is a single story, slump block flat roof home.xSSMBB
