Hi everyone,WhiteWave and Generac Holdings both turned in strong Q4s for 2013.WhiteWave saw strong organic growth with double-digit revenue increases in all segments. The European segment actually grew the most, which is encouraging on many levels. The company also expanded a bit on its joint venture in China so that it can start selling its products over there. That should add a whole new growth path for the company and might lead the company to eventually buy out its partner or to buy the partner outright (if China allows that sort of thing). Almondmilk is still the biggest grower and now holds 60% of the plant-based milk market share. WhiteWave remains comfortably ensconced as the market leader.Generac saw revenue growth in the mid 20% range and improving margins YoY down the line. Its acquisitions of Ottomotores, Light Tower, and Baldur are all contributing meaningfully to the business and organic growth is going strong. Lots of room to grow in commercial & industrial (CEO Jagdfeld said the current state of that market feels like residential did about 10 years ago), with investment payback as short as one 24 hour power outage (how's that for a ROI argument for sales?).Both companies' shares are popping today, with WWAV up about 8% and GNRC up over 12%. Good times for the MUE portfolio. :-)Cheers,Jim
