Seems like you might have a lot of overlap between your Wilshire 5000 and your S&P 500.

I agree with the previous poster, this would be a wonderful question for the "Index Funds" discussion board.

Also, I see by your profile that you're just starting out. There's a wonderful book called "Mutual Funds for Dummies" by Eric Tyson. You might want to check that out. It's got some great info.
