But actually, the 360 is more common than the 180. There are lots of folks who clean up their act for a few days/weeks and then revert back to their 'normal' patterns. e.g. Lindsey Lohan certainly seems to have done several 360's.

Maybe that's why they call it a life "spinning" out of control.
