4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours per night.I'll wake up around 3:20am,go pee,then lay awake till a little after 5 before getting up.This'll go on for awhile till the sleep deficit builds enough.The I'll sleep for 7 hours or so.

If I could sleep 8 hours,believe me I would.
