My company's match in the 401k is strictly company stock. I have the ability to take a distribution 1x per year. I would think this is good given it would allow me to keep the company stock portion of the portfolio at a level I choose. But my question is, If I roll this over into an IRA, is this a taxable event? Thanks for you help.
