The large company I work for (400+ employees, nationwide) has been withholding deposits of our 401K employee contributions.

The IRS tellls me that they have 15 working days after the month of employee contributions to deposit the funds into our 401K account.

Our employee contributions have not been deposited after 1/1/99. Our controller is not returning my messages.

What can I do?

Who regulates 401K plans?

Is there any way to hold the company accountable for the interest I am losing?
