Through work I have a 401K with Vanguard. Fortunately, I have tons of options to choose from. Unfortunately, I do not know which funds to choose. Is there any one with Vanguard, that knows of a good site to review portfolio options, or that has funds they would like to recommend for long term investing? Thanks
I would recommend the Target Retirement Funds. https://personal.vanguard.com/us/funds/vanguard/TargetRetire...
You might take a look at this site http://www.geocities.com/finplan825/ModelPortfolios-Data.htm... which provide a number of portfolios many which include Vanguard funds.I also concur that the Vanguard Target Retirement funds may be a good place to start either to use as is or as a starting point for a mutual fund portfolio of a number of funds.Bob
You might want to check the Bogleheads Forum for advice about Vanguard Funds. There are quite a few "experts" there.http://www.bogleheads.org/forum/index.php-drip
