I've read a number of posts about rolling over 401(k)s of previous employers to IRAs. I have about 50,000.00 in my curent employer's 401(k). I would love to roll this over into a Roth IRA and get out of the pitiful funds my employer locks me into. I'm not willing to quit my job or quit the 401(k) plan and give up the 25% employer match to do this. Is there any other way I can take what I currently have in to 401(k) and roll it over, afterall it is my money.
