I had a 403(b) that I moved to an existing Rollover IRA account (that I had moved 401(k) accounts into in the past). I just found out that the brokerage house then moved the money to a posttax IRA account, without my knowledge. Is this legal? What can I do to move it back and explain this to the IRS before I get into some sort of trouble?

thanks in advance
