Pots and pans
-Sprinkle burned pans liberally with baking soda, adding a few cups of water. Simmer on stove a while and then let stand for a few hours. You can usually lift the burned portion right out of the pan. [I've burned lots of stuff and can testify that this works.]
-Stubborn plack bun marks. Heat pan and apray with oven cleaner. Let stand for half an hour before scouring.
-Stubborn stains on no-stock cookware can be removed by boiling 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 cup water in them for 15 minutes. Reseason pan with salad oil.
