Sorry, but I can't reconcile saying a woman has a right to abortion because of privacy and it's her body - but that same woman doesn't have a right to NOT get vaccinated.

There are diseases for which I think vaccinations should be mandatory: smallpox, measles, mumps, polio, etc. The efficacy of vaccinations for these is well beyond doubt.
