Speaking of VTR, it is up about 2% today while the markets are spooked by revalations of our President. I have no idea why VTR is counter to the market. ncidentally, it is still around 13% below its all time high.

What you are doing is called momentum investing, contrary to buy and hold. Two diffenent ways to do things.

I think it would just like an index fund. You would start with the list 25 yrs ago and as the years passed, you would have to add and subtract names added or deleted from the list. It would be a lot of work but could be done.

You have 2 of the FANG stocks (AAPL and FB). If the GOOG is actuall GOOGL, you have a 3rd. But no NetFlix (NFLX).

I sort of follow this REIT. I guess it was the star this week as it raised its dividend and also set a 52-wk high which few REITs are doing right now.

DDR which has been mentioned here recently, hit a 52-wk low and is now more than 50%

I note that SKT is down about 35% from its high; yet, I think it will recover eventually and will be one of the strong parts of retail. But I am going to stay out of retail. I did buy some SKT when it was down 16% but I tried to catch
