I have the premium application and every time I start up my computer it does a scan and slowly everything to a crawl. I been thinking of stopping the automatic scans but haven't done so yet.

Art Cashin on CNBC says that, if the WTI oil drops below $80/bbl, the fear will be deflation. He thinks the price of oil overrides everything else.

I don't understand it because, if oil prices drop, then people will have more money to buy
