Sorry, but Republicans have become a little too, how shall I say it? ... cynical when it comes to these liberal gambits using children, war widows, wounded veterans, old people, etc. I think most people in general see right through them.

Left wingers hate it when they prop up "unassailable" spokespeople only to see them assailed.

Whenever you see them propping up one of these types of spokespeople you know they are trying to avoid a full debate on the issue.
