Hey W.D.,

I think the Guru may be a little on the high side. I still see Hulk turning in FF2 numbers. Over its second weekend, FF2 did $20.1 million. I think the two comedy movies this weekend will draw strongly male and that will be one reason Hulk does poorly.

OK, I'll take that action. Reviews for "Get Smart" and "The Love Guru" are so awful that I think Hulk will improve materially over its predecessor, losing no more than 55% of its opening weekend audience. ($25 mil., minimum.)

Also: I think there's a huge flaw in the comparison with FF2. Fans and critics mostly reviled that film, even more than they did the first "Hulk." Not so with this edition.

Now, having said all that, I don't feel anywhere near as confident in this prediction as I did when W.D. and I diverged over Oracle. My fingers are therefore firmly crossed.

C'monnnnnnnnnn Hulkster!

FWIW and Foolish best,

Tim
