That's not really "self-directed" although it's so much better than the 401K I was in. They were so inflexible! You can only make changes once a month. And they would only have balances for month-end, but it would take them 3 weeks to calculate them!
Whew, had to get that out. Sorry.
Anyway, it's not self-directed unless you buy and sell any stock or any mutual fund. (Or I guess any bond...)
