Actually, Omnicare <OCR> is currently the largest LTC pharmacy provider (ap 340,000 LTC beds). Capstone is merging with Pharmacy Corporation of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beverly Enterprises (Morris Trust merger). PCA is the second largest LTC pharmacy provider (220,000 LTC beds).

This company has made several very improtant acqusitions and is currently cosolidating them into the business It is now the largest long term care co in the USA with 120000 beds They also supply their own grugs thru a series of Pharaceutical purchases Stock was 2 in 1992 Has made steady progress over last several years no 11 15/16 earnings was 9cents last quarter Should start to show a very good increaase in arnings next several qtrs as a
result of mergers Mean rating of 1.0 by all analyst WORTH A LOOK
