Had hoped to be able to tell when a stock had peaked or bottomed and to buy or sell accordingly. Such as when some large block trades were sells during the rise it might indicate the climb was stopping and it would not be the time to buy. Of course the opposite would be true for the bottom and might indicate a buy signal.
Perhaps your right if it's moving up in price the're buying and vice versa, but don't know if I can rely on that. Thought this info would be easily available but apparently it's not. Just thought it would be one more piece of info to help make and time a transaction. Oh well, I'll put it on the back burner for now.
