Apurush asks:

Another FOOLish question. I have invested a part of my 401k in an Index fund managed by a bank. However, it is not publicly listed. What are the reasons for this and how can I get updates everyday?

Evidently it's not a publicly available mutuak fund but a private one sponsored by the bank for its customers. That, or it's simply too small yet to be listed in the papers or tracked by any of the rating services. To get daily updates, try calling the bank that sold it to you.
