That is sound advice, however its hard to turn down an attractive match that both of these companies have. The record keeper of my current employer is T.Rowe Price. Fortunately, their Equity Index 500 fund has done quite well for us. It remains to be seen what this new company has to offer in regards to their 401k. All that we have been told thus far is that both compaines are trying to work out "logistics" of the plan - whatever that means. We have been told that we may rollover into theirs. You gotta love integrating companies!
