I think the recent merger news is positive. DOSE had become far too leveraged with all of its acquisition activity, and BBC seems to be a decent investment (although I just started looking into it).

What I would like to know is how come the share price of DOSE does not track the share price of BBC? For example, as I write this DOSE is trading at 6 7/8 ($6.875) while BBC is trading at 27 5/16 ($27.3125). Given that the stated conversion rate of the deal is 1 share of DOSE for .275 shares of BBC, why isn't DOSE trading at $7.51 ($27.3125 x .275)? Does the 64 cent difference represent uncertainty that the deal will be approved by regulators? Someone please explain.
