Hi! I'm new to posting here, but I've been lurking for awhile.
In regards to all the problems with First USA, I've found a "solution" that works for me, at least. I have automatic payments set up (through Chase online banking) twice a month (once from each biweekly paycheck) that go to First USA. I'm saving a teensy bit by making two payments a month (as mentioned in a previous post on this board), and at least *one* of the payments always gets there before the due date, so I'm not getting charged any late fees. I don't know if this is feasible for anyone else, but it seems to be working for me.
If anyone else *has* tried this and had problems, please post or email -- I'm trying to find all the credit card pitfalls so I don't get pulled into them!
Hope this helps!
