I just started a new job and my employer's 401k has 12 funds that I can invest in.

They are listed below:

Company Stock Fund
Fidelity Retirement Government Money Market Portfolio
Fixed Income Fund
Fidelity US Equity Index Commingled Pool
Fidelity US Bond Index Portfolio
Fidelity Growth & Income Portfolio
Fidelity Growth Company
Fidelity Overseas Fund
Fidelity Asset Manager: Income
Fidelity Asset Manager
Fidelity Asset Manager: Growth
Fidelity Low-Price Stock Fund

I'm looking for the best one or ones to invest in for the long-run. I have at least 30 years until I will think about retiring so I'm looking to take some risk.

Any suggestions?
