I'm looking for the best one or ones to invest in for the long-run. I have at least 30 years until I will think about retiring so I'm looking to take some risk.

Any suggestions?

Your choices are similar to the ones I have in my employer's 401k. I am 100% invested in the "Fidelity US Equity Index Commingled Pool" (S&P500) because of its low cost and low turnover.
