I have a Roth with Fidelity that allows me to contribute $160/month ($2000/12 months). I don't know what their minimum is, but as long as you contribute automatically every month they eliminate the IRA fees. I didn't discover this automatic deposit option until I read the prospectus - it wasn't mentioned on their website. You might want to order information or call around to the brokerage firms that you want to invest with to see if they offer this option. But make sure the funds you invest in don't carry loads!

Good luck,
