Can someone tell me how long term capital gains (sale of condo/rental) are treated in California? Are they treated as ordinary income or is there a lower marginal rate? I have spnet some time on the CA FTB web site and cannot find any reference to this subject. If you do know, please indicate where in the FTB code this subject is discussed. |
