Subject: Leviathan - Settlement Amount question | Date: 1/13/2000 4:48 PM | |

Leviathan Is it wrong to ask for a settlement amount morally? Or, will it count against me on my credit rating? Personally, I don't think it is all that wrong (aside from the fact that I am a moron for using my credit cards soo much), because they keep upping the interest rate - ahhh!!! - and I can't do anything about it. Besides, I am in Graduate School and approaching a critical stage in my financial life - meaning I am about to declare what I do not want to. I have obtained a school loan and am willing to use all of it to pay what I can any way that I can. Thank you for the advice...but I just want to get rid of my credit debt - like everyone else.
