Help! My wife's parents talked her into getting a 403(b) through Oppenheimer to supplement her retirement. After our marriage in August, I took over the finances and realized that she was being charged a 5.75% load. Ouch! My question to the Fools: Is there any way to roll the 403(b) into a different no-load account (e.g., Januss, T. Rowe Price, etc.) without paying a penalty? |
