Well, getting into the IPO fell through. Here is the reply: From: newissuealertBUYX@witcapital.com Subject: BUY.COM INC. - zero allocation notice This issue has been declared effective by the SEC and has been priced at $13.00. The lead managing underwriter, Merrill Lynch & Co., did not provide any retention for us to distribute in this transaction. Therefore, we are unable to provide any allocations. Accordingly, we have not asked you to reconfirm your conditional offer, which has been cancelled. We appreciate your patience. |
