I'm an ISTJ borderline to INTJ.
I know I will enjoy early retirement and am working on it with both Plan A and Plan B.
Plan A happens (or not) in 2003. The IPO is later this year.
Plan B is the old fashioned way; LBYM, saving, and investing. This would be in about 6 to 8 years from now resulting in much less wealth.
As an aside, I get mildly perturbed at people who make posts saying or implying that those who retire early via an IPO do it the easy way just lucking into it with no appreciation for LBYM, saving, etc. I have worked very hard and long, made deliberate decisions, and persevered to get to this position where I am highly likely to pull it off in a big way.

Have a good one,
