I believe the question asked was, can she put the IRA into a living Trust. My husband just passed away, our IRA's were, already, in the Living Trust. I transferred his IRA into mine, therefore, I will take out what had been his distribution along with mine. As I look back..I NEVER should have put them in the Trust. A big tax hit when I die. |
