I am employed bya private high school. I have been putting some money into a 403b for a few years. Is it possible to take the money from a 403b and put it into an IRA either traditional or Roth? I just do not like the options that I have within the 403b.

It probably isn't possible while you work there, but only your plan administrator can tell you for sure.
