Vanguard Wellington Mutual Fund has a ticker symbol of VWELX. (I found this at http://www.morningstar.com by typing Vanguard Wellington into the QuickTake box in the upper left corner and clicking on the GO button.)

One can use the Portfolio feature right here on FOOL.COM to set up a portfolio, enter the purchase price and number of shares, and then it will keep track of the daily change in share price and you can check it each evening if you wish. (Click on the "My Portfolio" spot on the navigation bar. Click on Help or "Create New".)

The custodian of your account may also have a web site where you can monitor your balance. That is something you may have to find out from your benefits officer. If the custodian is Vanguard, you may be able to monitor your account at the Vanguard web site (which would include results of reinvested distributions).
