I have a question that I hope someone here can answer for me. I am a Chiropractor and have my business set up as a S-Corp. I have one other employee besides myself. I would like to be able to set up a SEP-IRA for myself. My question is am I obligated to provide for my other employee? How much is my responsibility to this employee? IOW, is there a certain percentage of matching funds that I must provide? I also would like to know what my responsibilities to my employee are if I do offer this retirement beneefit and she declines to participate.

Thank you for your help!
