I think that the fundamental driver of most business's assets profit potential is the structure/industry they operate in. Therefore, in light of Feyman's atom answer (whom I admire greatly) I propose:

Munger: paraphrase - Great businesses are those that offer up easy decisions time after time. Awful businesses cause nothing but pain. Therefore, only make high probability decisions.
