I think Gekko II has defined the board well enough. I don't think Jimmy B. would have a complete set of rules defining the allowable topics for the posts. The title of the board speaks for itself, and anyone can post anything that they feel pertains to the topic. If someone starts getting out of hand, then we just won't respond to their posts.
