Any investor with stock in Ryder should be aware that as of today, the company has lost most of the hard working dedicated people that brought this company to the top of the industry. The new, and apparently very confused management set up "Regions" across the country where skilled, knowledgeable employees are not included. Changes in company guidelines and how we work the the customers were eliminated. The only thing that matters is generating false figures for the managers in Miami.

The health care costs to the employees have doubled, with coverage decreasing.

The new annoucement today by the "out of touch" managers crushed what ever faith was left. Under new vacation policies, most Ryder people lost vacation time...earned vacation time. These mechanics, rental agents, and other staff members have been with Ryder for years and have always performed at or above company standards. They have built the company. Since 1996 the CEOs, and senior managers have done all they could to destroy good work of the thirty thousand people who called Ryder home.

The people who run this company should hang their heads in shame. The investors need to know that the company has lost the employees support. They will never get them back. Short of a take over or buy-out, Ryder is gone. God rest Mr. Jim Ryder. He is turning over in his grave to see what fools run this company from the corporate office to the regions.
